Onvo's Community Programs and Volunteer Services

The Onvo team cares about every guest who walks through our doors. At Onvo, our team works tirelessly to support and strengthen our communities, and in times of decline and prosperity, Onvo extends a hand and heart.

Educational Grants

Every year Onvo and ExxonMobil partner through the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Grant Program designed to further our students’ education and stimulate their growth in the Math and Science departments in their schools. Since 2007, Onvo has been donating thousands of dollars to our local schools in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Gerald Danniel, Chief Operating Officer at Onvo, “Onvo — in partnership with ExxonMobil — has a long history of supporting educational programs. We believe it is fundamentally important to encourage the next generation to pursue studies and careers in fields involving math and science.”

Onvo is more than just our mascot. Onvo represents our dedication to creating a positive impact in our communities. We do this not just by offering quality products and great service, but also by giving back to our communities.

Fund Raising

With respect to Breast Cancer Awareness Month recognized every October across the nation, Onvo partnered with Susan G. Komen to build awareness, provide support and inspire hope for those affected by breast cancer.

“Since the beginning, we have always been eager and proud to support our local communities,” says Jim White, Category Manager at Onvo. “Partnering with Susan G. Komen is just the next step in showing our unwavering support. We were excited to ‘Go Pink’.”

In a collaborative effort, Onvo sold bottled water featuring the signature pink design of Susan G. Komen in all its travel plazas for the month of October. All net proceeds of the water were donated to benefit those that are and will be affected by breast cancer. Onvo has donated a total of over $32,000 to the cause.
