Eligibility.
The Sizzling Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of New York and Pennsylvania who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of legal residence, and who, as of the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period (defined below) are registered Onvo Rewards members (“Registered Onvo Rewards Member”). Void where prohibited by law.
Directors, management, staff, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, or any of its parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers, distributors, or retailers, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family (spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, parents and step-parents, grandparents and step-grandparents, siblings and step-siblings, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, first cousin, and children and stepchildren) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such person are not eligible. The
Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including after a winner has been selected. Participation constitutes entrant’s (“Entrant”) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (defined below) is contingent upon the selected Entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Entry Period.
The Sweepstakes entry period starts on May 18, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be void. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes, and Sponsor’s determination of the time of receipt of any entry shall be final and binding.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes.
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, there are two (2) methods to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes:
(1) App Entry: You must be an Onvo app user and complete the entry form located on the Onvo app; OR
(2) Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without using the Onvo app, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the words “Onvo Rewards Sizzling Summer Sweepstakes” on a 3″ x 5″ piece of plain paper and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Onvo Rewards Sizzling Summer Sweepstakes, 2227 Scranton Carbondale Hwy, Scranton, PA 18508. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 8, 2026. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be void. Mail-in entries have an equal chance of winning as app-based entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries beyond the permitted number are void and will result in disqualification. Use of multiple email addresses, multiple accounts, or any automated, programmatic, robotic, script-based, or other system to enter is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated entries.
Maximum Number of Entries.
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Sweepstakes Winner Selection.
On or about September 8, 2026 (the “Drawing Date”), Sponsor will select one (1) entry in a random drawing among all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period as a potential Prize winner (“Potential Prize Winner”). Sponsor will contact the Potential Prize Winner(s) by email and/or phone number using the email address and/or phone number connected to the Potential Prize Winner’s form submission. Failure by Potential Prize Winner(s) to respond to the initial verification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification may result in disqualification, and Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select an alternate Potential Prize Winner(s) from all remaining valid entries. Sponsor’s selection of any winner shall be final and binding. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Prize.
There is three (3) Prize available in the Sweepstakes, consisting of a gift certificate valid for $2500, an ATV valued at $5,000, and a resort credit valued at $2,500.
No alcoholic beverages are included in or constitute any part of the Prize.
Total approximate retail value of all Prizes in the Sweepstakes: $7,500 USD. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded.
Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the value of any Prize.
THE PRIZE IS OFFERED AND PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY SPONSOR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OTHER THAN WHAT IS EXPRESSLY INCLUDED WITH THE PRIZE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPONSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY ENTRANT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE.
All expenses and costs not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the verified Prize winner(s) (“Verified Prize Winner(s)”). Verified Prize Winner(s) will be responsible for all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the Prize. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by Verified Prize Winner(s). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize, in whole or in part, for one of equal or greater value, or to withdraw the Prize entirely if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control make fulfillment impracticable, in each case at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of Verified Prize Winner(s). Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of valid and eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Gift cards and prize certificates are subject to their own terms and conditions, and Sponsor is not responsible for any restriction, expiration, or limitation imposed by a third-party issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, or phone number of Entrants, nor is Sponsor responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged mail or communications. Prize winner may be required to provide a valid IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation prior to receipt of any Prize. Failure to provide such documentation may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Verification of Potential Prize Winner.
POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Any Potential Prize Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any Potential Prize Winner and to disqualify any Potential Prize Winner based on the results thereof, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Potential Prize Winner may be required to execute and return to Sponsor, within five (5) business days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) in order to claim his/her Prize. Failure to return the Affidavit within the prescribed time period will result in disqualification. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, exercise its rights under such Affidavit. In the event: (a) Potential Prize Winner(s) cannot be reached for any reason after a reasonable effort has been made, or the Potential Prize Winner(s) notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) Potential Prize Winner(s) declines or cannot accept, receive, or use the Prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods; (d) Potential Prize Winner(s) is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the Prize; (e) Potential Prize Winner(s) cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules; or (f) Potential Prize Winner(s) fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the Potential Prize Winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate Potential Prize Winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate Potential Prize Winner. Potential Prize Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone number using the email address and/or phone number used to enter the Sweepstakes. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within forty-eight (48) hours of notification may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in disqualification, and a new Potential Prize Winner may be selected by Sponsor from all remaining valid entries. Verified Prize Winner(s) will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on Prize(s) and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize, and must provide Sponsor with a valid social security number if requested for tax reporting purposes.
Entry Conditions and Release.
By entering, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its designee(s), which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers, and any other organizations and/or persons responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any announcement relating to the Sweepstakes, and/or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of entry; (c) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules by Entrant, any misrepresentation made by Entrant, and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize; and (d) irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the Sweepstakes or any Prize, Entrant’s remedies being limited solely to a claim for money damages, if any.
The Released Parties’ rights under this section shall survive the conclusion of the Sweepstakes indefinitely.
Publicity.
Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Verified Prize Winners’ consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of each such winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media (whether now known or invented in the future), worldwide, without further limitation, restriction, notice, review, approval, payment or consideration but that Sponsor is not required to make such use.
General Conditions.
Entrant’s entry shall comply with Sponsor’s and/or any third-party platform provider’s terms of service/use and privacy policies, and shall not: (a) contain material which is (or promoting activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, self-mutilating, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age), illegal (e.g., underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing; (b) contain content which would be derogatory and/or insulting of any others, including Sponsor and/or other persons or entities, products, or services; (c) contain content which refers to and/or is complimentary of any competitors of Sponsor, or which is complimentary of and/or refers to any product competitive with any product or service of Sponsor; (d) include personally identifiable information or any other information or indicia of any person other than Entrant, and should the Entrant include personally identifiable information about him/herself in his/her entry, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that such information will be disclosed publicly and Entrant is solely responsible for any consequences thereof; or (e) contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, including copyright infringement. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, and/or terminate the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, at any time for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to pursue all available legal remedies against such individual. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential Prize Winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to be awarded the Prize. All entry information becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or cancelled.
Limitations of Liability.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors, or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize; or (f) late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or damaged entries. If for any reason an Entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if time permits. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, any governmental order, epidemic, pandemic, force majeure event, social media mandate, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated before the original end date, to select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date and time of termination, or to award no Prize at all.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE(S) AWARDED WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (3) THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN PERFORMING THEIR OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL; AND (4) ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF, AND ENTRANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00). Disputes.
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS, held at the JAMS regional office nearest the Entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and all proceedings at such arbitration; (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction; and (4) EACH ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. If JAMS is unavailable, unwilling, or otherwise unable to administer an arbitration in accordance with these rules, another arbitration administrator mutually agreed upon by the parties shall be substituted. Regardless of anything else in this arbitration agreement and/or the applicable JAMS rules, the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of the Class Action Waiver may only be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator. The Class Action Waiver shall survive the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE THE ALLEGED CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUED, REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY. AFTER EXPIRATION OF THIS ONE-YEAR PERIOD, SUCH DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
Under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, Entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Severability; Entire Agreement.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Entrant and Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect thereto. No waiver by Sponsor of any breach of these Official Rules shall be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach. Section headings in these Official Rules are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision herein. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

When registering for the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to receive promotional communications from Sponsor. You may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications; however, opting out will not affect your Sweepstakes entry. Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://tryonvo.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor reserves the right to use all information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes for internal business purposes, consistent with its Privacy Policy. If you are selected as a Potential or Verified Prize Winner, your name, city, and state may also be included in a publicly available Winners’ List. Sweepstakes’ Results.
