Onvo Brings Family Fun to Scranton’s World Cup Fan Zone

Onvo anchors official PA World Cup Fan Zone with dedicated Kids Zone, interactive games, and exclusive swag

SCRANTON, PA (June 30, 2026) — Onvo, the Pennsylvania-based travel plaza, is anchoring the family festivities at Lackawanna County Courthouse Square this July as its hometown of Scranton hosts the Pennsylvania World Cup Fan Zones, one of only three official regional sites selected across the entire Commonwealth. Presented by Philadelphia Soccer 2026 and Visit PA, this free, public event brings the global excitement of the knockout rounds to northeast Pennsylvania on July 4, 5, 18, and 19, with Onvo delivering dedicated entertainment, interactive games, and signature fun just steps from the big screens.

Experience the Onvo Kids Zone

Designed to elevate the festival atmosphere, the Onvo Kids Zone will feature interactive activities and a family-friendly environment, including :

• Onvo Kids Zone: The family-friendly rest stop for all your PA & NY adventures brings the fun with an inflatable soccer game featuring an obstacle course and a slide.
• Meet Onvo the Owl: Snap a memorable photo with everyone’s favorite travel-companion mascot.
• The Onvo Prize Wheel: Spin to win exclusive Onvo swag, such as custom hats, koozies, shirts, stickers, and more.
• Creativity Corner: Keep the little ones entertained with free coloring pages and a special look at Onvo’s custom summer coloring book.

Onvo’s participation aligns with its ongoing summer campaign, “The Great American Giveaway,” which celebrates classic American road trips and America’s 250th birthday. Visitors to the Fan Zone will be encouraged to download the Onvo app for a chance to claim free weekly product drops or enter to win three spectacular grand prizes: an ATV, a weekend getaway to Woodloch Legacy Resorts, and a Caribbean cruise.

Kids can also check out a copy of “Onvo the Owl’s Summer Road Trip,” a special coloring book highlighting historic destinations and landmarks across Pennsylvania and celebrating the Commonwealth’s rich history.

The Scranton Fan Zone will feature a large main viewing screen, plus four additional screens throughout Courthouse Square, to stream the matches live. Gates open and entertainment begins two hours before the first match each day:

• Sunday, July 5 | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday, July 18 | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday, July 19 | 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
